UNIQLO, KAWS, and the Andy Warhol Foundation make the best of Companions! The Japanese everyday fashion retailer has just unveiled a collaboration that’s got the creativity meter off the charts: the KAWS + Warhol UT collection.
A true celebration of the thematic parallels between these two pop-art powerhouses, the capsule series combines their works and displays them across fun graphic tees, long-sleeve shirts, coach jackets, socks, tote bags, and an art book.

Notable pieces include a graphic tee with KAWS’ BFF character resting near Warhol’s iconic banana, a coach jacket with Warhol’s banana peeking out of the pocket, and an illustration of the Companion next to Warhol’s Moon Explorer Robot. With prices ranging from US$6 to US$70, these artful creations are accessible to all, making them the perfect addition to any art lover's wardrobe.

The collaboration coincides with the KAWS + Warhol exhibition, now showing at The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. As the presenting sponsor for the global tour, UNIQLO is showcasing the striking connections between the works of these two visionaries. Visitors can explore the creative genius of KAWS and Warhol side-by-side until January 20, 2025, before the exhibition embarks on an international tour, with Tokyo as its final stop in 2026.
