Apple Sends ‘It’s Glowtime’ Invites For Next iPhone—Here’s What They Hint At

Apple’s next big reveal is just around the corner. The tech giant is looking to illuminate iPhone users’ lives with its It’s Glowtime event scheduled for September 9, 2024.

The keynote’s radiant invite sports a light-up, multi-colored Apple logo, likely hinting at what’s to come. Tech insiders point to a major Siri upgrade, with the AI assistant getting a visual makeover on the upcoming iPhone 16 series through a soft, colorful glow framing the screen.

All iPhone 16 models—from the base version to the Pro Max—are slated to receive the new A18 chip, powering Apple Intelligence. This silicon powerhouse sports an improved Neural Engine to handle more complex AI tasks. Further, the iPhone 16 Pro models are expected to feature larger image sensors and a dedicated physical camera button. 

Software is getting a refresh as well. The event will likely mark the public release of iOS 18, bringing customizable home and lock screens, an updated Control Center, and RCS messaging support for better cross-platform communication with Android devices.
