This ultra-light folio offers surprising ways to ease into sketching, writing, reading, and entertainment, making your iPad more of an adaptable companion than ever before.
The Dynamic Folio is designed to provide flexible multi-angle support while maintaining a minimalist, travel-friendly build. Its unique folding structure allows for quick transitions between different viewing and working positions. Unlike traditional folio cases, it doesn’t just prop up an iPad; it adds height, improves posture, and enhances ergonomics. Whether at a café, in a workspace, or on the move, users can adjust the setup to fit their needs, shifting between floating, tilted, and upright modes with ease.

Borrowing from the precision of origami engineering, the folio’s ultra-thin yet sturdy structure transforms into multiple configurations. It supports both landscape and portrait orientations, with over 20 adjustable angles catering to different workflows.

Users could, for example, use a 30° floating mode for sketching, a 70° upright mode for reading, or a 15° dual-screen mode for multitasking with a phone. The inclusion of a modular Apple Pencil holder further enhances convenience, ensuring the stylus is always within reach.

The design of the folio, available in Rock Ash with Cobalt Blue and Ice Mist Blue with New Khaki colorways, is crafted from MOVAS vegan leather, fiberglass, and reinforced metal sheets to ensure a balance between durability and lightweight portability. Weighing just 292g (0.6 lbs), it remains lighter than Apple’s folio alternatives while providing additional ergonomic benefits. The scratch-resistant material offers long-term protection for iPads without adding unnecessary bulk.

MOFT has launched the Dynamic Folio through a Kickstarter campaign, with early bird pricing starting at US$69 for the 13-inch version, US$49 for the 11-inch model, and US$39 for the iPad Mini. The optional modular pencil holder is available separately for $9.90. With that, the initiative has surpassed its US$100,000 goal in funding, and the Dynamic Folio is set to be officially released on MOFT’s website in April.
