Retailer Promotes Plus-Size Clothing In The Most Ridiculous And Offensive Way

By Izza Sofia, 07 Dec 2017

Apparel website Wish.com is advertising plus-size apparel in a scathing way.

Photos of plus-size tights are seen on thin models fitting both legs into one leg of the tights, and stretching the tights over the entire body to demonstrate the product’s stretchiness.

Wish.com has already been criticized for its business practices, which sells incredibly cheap items shipped directly from Chinese manufacturers.

“Wish targets customers with low-price goods such as dresses, watches, sneakers or jewelry shipped straight from Chinese manufacturers—but that also means delivery can take weeks and items sometimes arrive damaged,” reports Recode
