‘YouTube Rewind 2017’ Will Give You Mixed Feelings About This Rollercoaster Year

YouTube is back as per its annual tradition; the video platform has just launched its iconic ‘Rewind’ footage that sums up the biggest moments for the year.

‘The Shape of 2017’ highlights some of pop culture’s most eventful—Kendrick Lamar’s Humble, Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You from which this video’s title is named after, Taylor Swift’s Look What You Made Me Do, the annoying fidget spinner—plus upcoming entertainment highlights such as Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and the geographic event that was the beautiful solar eclipse.

Its initial upbeat tempo eventually slows to reminisce the more serious moments of 2017—as you would already know, it’s been quite a rollercoaster year—before bouncing back with hopeful, positive vibes.
