Following the launch of its rustic, tatami-style location in Kyoto, Starbucks Japan has announced the opening of another traditionally-themed coffeehouse nearby Tokyo.

Set in Kawagoe, a city still brimming with historic architecture, the outlet—inspired by the Edo period (1603 to 1868)—blends into its surroundings with its cedar wood exterior.

The store’s interior, on the other hand, maintains a modern and chic design, so visitors will still feel at home as they sip a cup of coffee.

According to SoraNews24, the city is a 30-minute train ride from Tokyo. The outlet itself is a stone’s throw away from Kawagoe’s highlight, the 350-year-old ‘Bell of Time’, and you’ll be able to hear its calming chimes four times a day.

The Kawagoe location opens on 19 March 2018, so you’ll know where to go on your next visit to rest your feet in after a long day of sightseeing.
