Crazy about the New Beginning

It's been a crazy week. Amongst the frequent twitter outages, the many acquisitions and attacks on social networks in general, there was actually light at the end of the tunnel.

As many of you are aware, we've launched TAXI in Beta last Wednesday smoothly without too many glitches. We've had great reviews all around the globe and constructive feedback. And on behalf of the TAXI team, we would like to say a big Thank You!


The Perfect Crop
The portfolios have been a great success and we have been enjoying all the great works that has been uploaded so far. A great way to showcase your works efficiently is to have cover artworks for your galleries. Here's some tips on how to do it:

• You can do so by double-clicking a chosen artwork and selecting the "Mark As Cover" function on the Update Portfolio Page.
  
  
• Crop the area you would want to showcase and to represent each of your galleries. We have also been getting great feedback with regards to the above mentioned "Cropping" function. We're working on improving it by introducing a more intuitive system of cropping and also, a function to allow your gallery thumbnails to be cropped too.
  
  
• Simple as it may sound, we're reminded by our members to add a 'Delete Gallery' function. (Yes, that's why your feedback matters to us!) This function is currently already live.
  

For both our Upsize and Supersize members, you can now upgrade your account to include video features, up to three disciplines, and language options. Find out more by clicking the Upgrade button in your portfolio update page.

One intuitive feature that we have added is the option for you to add your very own Twitter feed to your portfolio. Twitter is currently the fastest growing social network online and it is a great tool to let the world know more about you and your activities.

This will also enable the viewers of your portfolio to get to know you more personally with a feed of your current Twitter updates. You can also use 'The Status Update' function to tell the world about your new artworks on your website or even a new event that's coming up.
