But in more serious advertising news, things are looking good for internet advertising. Citing figures released by IDC, TechCrunch reports that online advertising has rised 15% in the second quarter this year, growing to US$7.2 billion.
Even TV ads are getting in on the act. While TV ad revenue is rising, however, Guardian is reporting that broadcasters are still extremely cautious. After all, this growth comes just after a five-year decline in program spending.
