You won’t be able to smoke it, though—the ‘Kestral’, as it’s called, is made of an impact-resistant composite material produced from hemp. It’s lighter, strong enough for vehicles, and crucially, takes less energy-intensive to produce than regular metals. The future’s looking greener already.

According to the BBC, “an industry body representing some of the biggest names in technology has hosted a closed-door meeting to discuss the future of the open internet.”
