Bankers and Catholic priests might not have much in common but they’ve both been used in two different ads, sparking much controversy. The first one, an ad for Italian ice cream brand Antonio Federici Gelato Italiano features Catholic priests and nuns in ‘compromising’ poses: being pregnant and gay. It’s no wonder the ASA are kicking up a fuss.

The other ad for Strongbow takes a potshot at bankers, in the style of Oliver Stone's Wall Street. The ASA however, has found nothing wrong with this one.
