In fact, the major bookstore chain is even escalating the eReader price war by slashing the prices of their Kobo and Aluratek Libre readers—the latter is now selling for just below US$100 a piece.

Following in the footsteps of their blogger mums, an increasing number of children have taken to blogging themselves. These blogs actually do cover a wider range of topics than expected; some precocious young bloggers such as 11 year old Maela Manning have even written on politics and their blogs have attracted readers from all around the world.
