If you want to be moved by the creative dynamics of street art, you have to move. You have to go into public spaces because street artists are no people who rest on their laurels until they get moldy.
Instead it's a vital and ever-changing competitive process of expression within the urban landscape. It's about participation and creation, wittiness and originality. "Planet Prozess" fulfills all of these criteria.
The base camp of this exhibition (better: project) is the Senatsreservenspeicher, which is situated at the Spree in Berlin Kreuzberg. The idea is to meet the artists and to discover the diversity of graffiti, street writing and other forms of urban expression. 40 artists of 12 nations are developing their work over a period of one month on 4 floors.
Since street art is closely connected to fun (if not synonymous), there'll be a blockrocking party on August 11th to celebrate the final days before the finissage on August 19th.
