Monroid reports directly to Doug Burcin, co-CEO of Euro RSCG Life.

Julie comes to Euro RSCG Life MetaMax from Cline, Davis & Mann where she was Senior Vice President, Group Managing Director, leading significant business on Viagra and Relpax for Pfizer and Novo Nordisk's Levemir, NovoLog Mix 70/30, NovoLog, and FlexPen. In this role Julie was also responsible for coordinating cross-integration services, including bridging professional, consumer and managed market initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and process efficiency.
With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare communications, Julie's category experience includes diabetes, ophthalmology, neurology, urology and cardiovascular. She has managed global and US blockbuster brands as well as smaller specialty products. Julie also has extensive experience in managing the complexities of product portfolios-an increasingly important asset in today's market. Her passion is partnering with clients to develop market, customer, and brand insights to fuel brand and/or portfolio growth.
