Ottawa Tourism is offering a $500 CDN prize for outstanding travel writing featuring Canada's Capital Region. Eligible entries include items in English or in French that have appeared in magazines, newspapers, or online media in 2007 that highlight Ottawa as a travel destination.
Electronic entries are preferred (PDFs or a link to an online site). E-mail attachments should not exceed 3 MB. If the submission is larger than 3 MB, please send two separate copies on CD ROM (which will not be returned). Clearly photocopied entries are also acceptable.
Each entry must include the name, address, e-mail address and telephone number of the entrant; as well as the name of the publication and the date the item was published.
There is no fee to enter, nor a limit on the number of articles an individual may submit (though each entry must be submitted separately).
