Tysons Corner, VA - Cubellis, a national architectural, interior design, and engineering firm with offices in Tysons Corner, was recognized at the 50th Annual Monument Awards for outstanding design work on single-family homes.
The ceremony was held in North Bethesda, MD, hosted by the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association and the Maryland-National Capital Building Association.
The Monument Awards ceremony held at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, honors the achievements of the communities and homes that represent the best that the industry has to offer. Homebuilders from across Virginia and Maryland were nominated for the Monument Awards, which categories included single-family homes, town homes, condominiums, site and land planning, high-tech innovation and high-end custom homes.
Cubellis, partnered with the homebuilder Advantage Homes, took honors for architectural services on two winning single-family homes: The Braxton, Urbana Highlands, in the $550,000 - $650,000 category, and Bay Hill, Waterford View, in the $900,001 - $1,000,000 category.
Partnering with D.R. Horton, Cubellis won in the category of single-family homes under $450,000 for its design of The Turnberry, The Residences at Bulle Rock, and also achieved an Award of Merit in the category of Customized Single-Family Homes from $1,500,001 - $2,000,000 for The New Hampshire with Rosemark DesignBuild, LLC.
