For the first time in the 4As history, young creatives have a dream opportunity – to showcase their talents and a chance to represent Singapore at the Cannes Lions 2008 Young Lions Competition.
Chaired by Tay Guan Hin, Regional Executive Creative Director of JWT, the Singapore Young Creatives Competition is aimed at encouraging and recognizing emerging creative talent, providing young creatives an opportunity for international exposure.
“Over the years, Singapore has been one of Cannes 's top performing countries in the world. But until today, we have yet to participate in the Young Creatives Competition. It's a tremendous opportunity for the future generation in our industry to rise up to the challenge and stake their claim for our nation,” says Tay Guan Hin.
Targeted to launch next month and scheduled for early May, the winners will be announced at a Young Creatives Party at the end of the competition week.
