Unisys Corporation announced that Scott W. Hurley has joined the company as vice president and corporate controller.
Prior to joining Unisys, Hurley was vice president and chief accounting officer at VIASYS Healthcare Inc. He previously was corporate controller at Incyte Corp. and Arrow International, and also held a senior financial management position at Rhone Poulenc Rorer, Inc. (now Sanofi-Aventis, SA).
“We are very pleased to have Scott join us,” said Janet Haugen, Unisys chief financial officer. “I am confident that Unisys will benefit from his expertise and experience, and we welcome him to our financial team.”
Hurley, a certified public accountant, succeeds former controller Joseph Munnelly, who left the company in September 2007.
