P&W Creates La Gina Range for Wine & Spirit International

Leading branding consultancy Pemberton & Whitefoord (P&W) has created the look for the new aperitif range ‘La Gina’ from Wine & Spirit International.

The aperitifs made in Rome are all fruit based and P&W were briefed to enable the brand to communicate an authentic Italian feel whilst accentuating the fruitiness of the product.

The brand retailing at £15 will be seeking premium listings in the UK and is already going on shelf at Harrods of Knightsbridge. The four products in the range are: Limoncello, White Peach Cello, Raspberry Cello and Orange Cello.

Adrian Whitefoord founder of P&W comments:
“The designs for this new product had to feel elegant and something you would be proud to put on your dinner table. To achieve this we used a tall frosted bottle with a 1950’s travel poster style illustration around the neck depicting a typical Italian village scene. The background of the label depicts a close up photograph of fruit showing the flavour. The main label branding for La Gina, is based on Italian family crests which sit proudly in the middle of the design. The label is placed near the bottom of the bottle to accentuate the length of the bottle.”
