Leading retail specialist Beyond Communications has been appointed as design consultants by Henderson Global Investors and the Myramar Group to work on the Parque Miramar Shopping Centre located at Fuengirola Spain. Beyond Communications will be responsible for auditing and then recommending changes and improvements to both the shopping centre and the adjacent Retail Warehouse Parque.
With 140 stores, hypermarket and cinema complex, the Parque Miramar in Fuengirola is the biggest shopping centre in the province of Málaga. Nearby, Parque de Medianas was opened in November 2005 complementing the shopping offer of the area. The total investment of this shopping centre exceeds €140 million.
