AT&T Signs New Contract with International Exhibitions
PRESS RELEASE

March 2008

AT&T Inc. has announced a new managed Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services contract to deliver AT&T IP Flexible Reach to International Exhibitions, a premier home and garden trade show exhibitor with headquarters in Houston. Under the terms of the three-year contract, AT&T will serve as the primary communications provider, delivering AT&T IP Flexible Reach service to the company's headquarters and its five locations throughout Texas.

AT&T IP Flexible Reach service is a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) trunking solution that features unlimited local and on-net calling and competitive long distance plans that include a block of free domestic LD minutes based on the number of voice paths required. With fully configured gateway routers deployed on-site, the solution will support both inbound and outbound calling on a single converged data network for maximum cost-efficiency, reliability and performance.

Efficient communications is important to International Exhibitions, and AT&T IP Flexible Reach will enable the company to manage its valuable network resources with reliability, scalability and security while also providing a customized network solution that offers the flexibility to expand when levels of higher bandwidth are required. This solution also offers any-to-any connectivity, dynamic bandwidth-sharing and voice-traffic prioritization.

"We needed a consolidated voice and data network that could support the quick transfer of critical business information," said Shirley Ford, office manager for International Exhibitions. "We're confident that the AT&T IP Flexible Reach solution will provide us with a reliable network that will increase employee efficiency and improve our client service."

With the unified network infrastructure and backed by AT&T's 24/7 customer support, International Exhibitions will be able to combine voice and data traffic onto one simplified platform that can handle the transfer of private customer data among locations.
