GraphOn Corporation, a leading worldwide developer of application publishing and Web-enabling software solutions, today announced that it has signed a reseller agreement with Portland, Oregon-based Pre1 Software. Under terms of the partnership agreement, Pre1 will resell GraphOn’s GO-Global software to Web-enable its SmartPublisher suite of software tools for newspapers and magazines.
“GO-Global provides the ideal solution for our customers: fast, easy, Web browser-based access to our SmartPublisher database from anywhere,” said Jim Abeles, CEO and Co-founder of Pre1 Software. “GO-Global is perfect for newspaper and magazine publishers because it works with the mix of Windows and Macintosh platforms currently in use.”
GO-Global for Windows is a fast and affordable remote application delivery solution that provides secure, Webenabled access to centrally-running Windows applications from any platform and operating system, including Mac OS X, UNIX, Linux, Windows, Windows Mobile, and Pocket PC. With GO-Global server-based computing, there is no need to modify existing applications for the Web or deploy complex infrastructure such as Microsoft
Windows Terminal Server or Citrix.
