Praxis, a company specializing in centralized patient recruitment for clinical research studies, appoints Chris Layfield as Director of Marketing. In his new position, Chris will lead the Marketing Department which includes the development of targeted patient recruitment and retention campaigns for clinical research trials and Praxis’ own B2B marketing campaign management.
As a former Traffic Manager, Account Supervisor and eventual Partner at a successful agency, Chris developed and implemented strategic marketing communications plans for a variety of clients including consumer and business-to-business accounts. With more than 11 years experience in advertising and marketing from both the operational and management sides, Chris brings unique insight and empathy for the client’s particular situation and needs. Other skills include market research and analysis, media buying and planning, creative strategies and direction, direct marketing, branding, and internet/online marketing. Chris holds a BS degree in business administration and finance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
