Job Description:
We need an individual who feels very comfortable in Photoshop and considers themselves to be an image specialist. You need to be very deadline driven and work well under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for file color correction, photo manipulation and image building.
Responsible for creating and processing digital website images.
Assist the catalog preflight department with production tasks.
Ensure that color and reproduction specifications are met in accordance with industry standards.
Meet or beat all deadlines as assigned.
Key Qualifications:
2 year degree in graphic arts/design or equivalent experience.
2 plus years of experience producing images for printing and web projects.
Expert understanding in Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledgeable of Adobe Creative Suite.
Must possess an ability to do color corrections, color separations, image retouching, and page assembly.
Must have knowledge of all areas of graphic reproduction, commercial printing and production techniques used for catalog production.
Excellent communication skills.
