Rejoice in the rich history of women photojournalists by taking part in a juried exhibit presenting work from a variety of photographers including newspaper and magazine staffers and independents worldwide.
The exhibit jury is:
There are no categories only your interpretation of the theme. Photographs, must be shot by women, and can represent the theme through people, place, action or event milestone.
Each photograph is a single entry, no stories. Photos must have been taken between July 1, 2007 and May 1, 2008. Up to 40 winning images selected including a best of show, will be presented in a gallery reception during The Women in Photojournalism Conference August 8-10, 2008 in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Submit images by going to the EXHIBIT tab on www.womeninphotojournalism.org. You will be able to submit and pay for your entries the time of upload.
Fees for each entry are:
NPPA Pro - $12
Non Member/Pro - $17
