Job Description:
Amazing luxury product and consumer driven company in San Francisco is looking for an experienced, energetic and committed team player to lead and manage its creative development efforts. This is temporary with an opportunity to become permanent for the right fit!
Working closely with both the product and creative team the Manager will be responsible for high-level project management of new product development, improvements on the existing product line as well as managing creative initiatives (e.g.: graphic design and visual merchandising projects). This person will manage the flow of creative work into and out of the department while supporting and collaborating with multiple departments.
Overall management is crucial in this position. Be expected to manage schedules, department budgets, staff, product managers and designers. You will be managing Product Developers and Designers who are responsible for product and packaging development as well as marketing and sales collateral, print and digital product and retail visual merchandising.
Must be a pro at ensuring projects are completed on time, meets brief objectives and are within budget.
