This new two day course is intended for all who have been working hard to help organizations get the most out of design. It'll cover the topics so many people have been asking about, including:

As in all Cooper U courses, it'll provide plenty of content along with hands-on learning. They'll be taking a business school approach, examining detailed case studies of what has and hasn't worked for other organizations. They'll also give attendees opportunities to apply what they're learning to their own organization so they'll have the beginnings of a plan to share when they go back to the office.
Instructors Kim Goodwin and Steve Calde will lead the course, which is limited to 20 people to ensure plenty of interaction.
