The Urban Street Hunt is a project of exploration, engaging the public with their local architecture. It takes place from the River Thames down to Elephant and Castle, from Waterloo and Southbank Centre to the Design Museum, and the places in between. Using the immediacy of digital photography and a treasure hunt format, teams of people work together, get creative and take photographs, inspiring them to take a fresh look at the surroundings. Prizes are awarded for the most creative photographs and an exhibition follows the event, showcasing the best images.
