Job Description:

The client, one of the most renowned and acclaimed interactive agencies in the world, is looking for a Junior Flash ActionScripter who is passionate about technology and committed to building great User Experiences.

As a Junior Flash Developer you will participate in transforming client goals into compelling, usable, and media-rich Interactive Experiences ranging from Websites, Games, Applications and Widgets, to intelligent User Interfaces for mobile and the console.

Write clean, documented ActionScript 2/3 code for deployment on the web.

Learn to maintain the highest coding standards and best practices by keeping up with the latest Flash Platform enhancements and techniques.

Provide meticulous attention to detail when working with art directors and integrating media assets such as designs, motion graphics, video, and sound.

Prepare accurate documentation throughout each of your assigned projects.

Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to ensure projects meet requirements.

Evaluate technology vendors, contractors, and software products.

Other Requirements:

At least 1 year Flash programming experience

Passion about pushing the boundaries of interactive technologies

Portfolio or work examples.

Must be familiar with:

Actionscript 2. Experience with Actionscript 3 is a plus.

Flash Video Delivery and Integration of Sound, Motion Graphics, Animations and Transition sequences

Object Oriented Programming techniques

Helpful but not required:

Experience with Flash & JavaScript Integration

Experience with design patterns

Experience or interest in Adobe Flex
