Tandberg, a leading global provider of telepresence and high-definition video-conferencing solutions, wanted to bring its "Easy to see" campaign to life with their presence at InfoComm08.
The European company chose MG Design to create an exhibit strategy that effectively combined two show floor exhibit spaces and a tent structure. Although their primary goal was to raise the company's profile in a very competitive industry, the exhibit experience also generated a 183% increase in leads for Tandberg. The design was slick and clean. A sophisticated white-on-white palette incorporated giant fabric cubes visible from throughout the show floor with eye-catching cool blue lighting. A silver puck system with an open inner core for wire management enabled Tandberg to use 60 monitors in their large space without one visible wire.
Outside the convention center, an insulated tent structure housed a special Tandberg focus on the value of teleconferencing as a green tool. The exhibit experience was both fun and memorable. Brand ambassadors greeted passersby with a decoder card. Visitors took their decoder card to a monitor where they navigated through key messaging before holding their decoder card to a screen. "Tandberg's presence at InfoComm08 was our biggest ever," said Jill Burgum, Director of Events, Tandberg. "We launched a new booth which created major industry buzz and a significant increase in our booth traffic. With results like these, it is easy to see that this event was indeed a TANDBERG tradeshow success."
