Job Description:
Research In Motion is looking for a Design Research & Insights Analyst to participate in initiatives to conduct/acquire, synthesize and communicate research and insights in the areas of User Interaction & Experience, Product Design and Ergonomics; to leading various user centered design research activities.
The successful candidate will be involved in defining the scope of exploration, project management, analysis and results. While the primary focus of this role will be on Interaction Design and User Experience, the successful candidate will work to ensure research and insights are leveraged and applied across all other functional areas of Industrial Design.
The Insights Analyst will have ongoing interaction with the design team to ensure that the research is analyzed and communicated in an actionable, relevant and compelling manner.
A keen sense of discovery and the ability to effectively communicate observations and trends are key requirements. The role will require limited travel (up to 20%).
