On the occasion of World AID’s Day, JD Institute of Fashion Technology made a contribution by making the HIV Positives’ walk the ramp in the Designer Wear outfits styled by the Jediiians, at ‘Niryaat Bhawan’.
The event was organized by Denim Club India who announced this day as the ‘Denim India Day’.
The theme for the Fashion Walk was ‘Living Positives’ and Jediiians made a whole Hearted effort to boost and cheer the HIV Positives who walked the ramp with great confidence.
They were in Denims and Stylized T Shirts designed by JD Institute of Fashion Technology.
Speaking on the occasion the Executive Director R C Dalal said, “It is not enough that the student should be a good designer, it is our endeavor at JD Institute of Fashion Technology to make them good human beings and contribute on occasions like World AIDs Day."
"That is why we selected few numbers of students who designed the outfits for the HIV Positives for the NGO Sahara House Community.”
The event was entirely devoted to the HIV positives by making all of them as the Guest of Honour.
The Jediiians who were awarded with the Certificates were Jigar Mali, Gunjit Singh Aubi, Prachi Saxena, Kumud Bhardwaj, P. Ranjith Kumar, Divya Gupta, and, Manish Thakore.
