Bit Of Paradise Products announced SonicMood 4.8.9, their popular ambient music generation utility for Mac OS X.
Perfect for mediation, or simply blocking out annoying background noises, SonicMood combines soothing nature sound files with user-created ambient music.
It serves as a multifaceted ambient music generator and player for New Age, meditation, yoga, or to simply help relieve normal stress of the day.
Each of the 28 available Moods can be completely altered and edited, offering two separate types of sound generation.
One being the MIDI player and the other being the Soundfiles that come with the application.
Each of the 28 Moods offers three separate MIDI instruments and three separate Soundfiles, facilitating an endless combination of polyphonic sounds to sooth the soul.
At any time, more instruments and Soundfiles may be added to any Mood, and users can even create their own new Moods, as well as add their own Soundfiles.
Users may easily mix and produce their own royalty-free ambient music sound tracks for film, movies, websites and videos.
Among only one of SonicMood’s most prolific features is its ability to play music tracks automatically without repeating itself.
SonicMood will forever randomly play a Mood until stopped.
This makes the application particularly suited for those that need a continuous, ever-changing source of New Age, ambient music.

The edit window is now more compact to save screen space. In addition, the edit window is now resizable with vertical and horizontal scrollbars so the controls can be scrolled.
The width and height of the edit window, along with the position of the scrollbars, is saved.
