Affiniti Architects has completed 26 new model residence designs for Minto Communities. The architectural firm and developer continue to turnout new architecture and planning as market demands evolve.
The latest series of ranch homes range in size from 1,300 to 5,000 total square feet and feature new flex spaces, dramatic entries, and oversized rooms with fresh colors and architectural detailing.
Additionally, the two firms are re-planning condominium and low-density sites into cluster villages, each designed for specific niche markets such as multigenerational/non-traditional floor plans.
