Amazon.com, the Penguin Group (USA) and CreateSpace are accepting submissions for the second annual Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award competition.
The competition aims to find the next popular novel, with the winner to receive a publishing contract with Penguin Group (USA), which includes a $25,000 advance.
The winner will be announced in May 2009.
