Educators, care givers, parents and kids are going to take a new spin to coloring the alphabet. A new website called AlphabetColoring.net is providing free access to hundreds of artistic typefaces to print and color.
From large block letters for the beginner to a selection of artistic typefaces for the avid coloring fan, the assortment of fifteen alphabet sets will not disappoint.
Educators will be pleased to find both uppercase and lowercase letters for their preschool, kindergarten and primary grade students.
In addition to the printable alphabet coloring pages, there are also online alphabet games and activities.
Preschool and elementary school age children will find online coloring pages as well. A color palette is displayed along with each letter, and the student uses the cursor as a paintbrush. There are also jigsaw puzzle games featuring alphabet letters.
The letter pictures feature objects that begin with said letter, and as the student finds the correct piece, it locks into place. Even the youngest child can manipulate the mouse and solve the puzzle successfully.
Parents of young children will enjoy the color alphabet flip books found on this website. The sound of turning pages and colorful images will certainly capture a child's interest.
