Schematic, a WPP Digital company, has hired interactive veteran Baron Conway as Senior Vice President, Client Services at its Los Angeles office.
Conway joins from Organic and brings more than 18 years of experience and a strong track record of success in developing and leading business and interactive initiatives for global firms in the consulting, advertising, banking and biotech industries.
As SVP, Client Services, Conway will be responsible for new business development, existing client strategy and account team management.
Previously Group Director, Global Business Development at Organic, Conway successfully grew firm business by engineering a new development framework focused on larger and more profitable opportunities, which resulted in increased win rates and more significant client relationships. He also established strategic partnerships with international consulting groups to be their go-to interactive partner, led large-scale account pitches and served as a member of the firm’s West Coast leadership team.
Prior to his work at Organic, Conway served as a strategist and manager at Genentech and as an Account Director at Razorfish. He began his career in the United Kingdom where he gained broad experience developing financial software systems for the banking industry.
