Virgin America has appointed Rokkan its Web Agency of Record, extending their existing relationship yet further. The full-service interactive agency has been with the airline since launch date and it has been a breathtaking ride for both parties.
With Rokkan as a partner in communications at the start, Virgin America revolutionized airline travel before its first flight even took off.
The agency developed a distinctive booking process that extends the brand experience of the airline to customers; at the same time, with a makeover of the airline’s website, the agency keeps users enthralled with the total experience of flying with the airline from booking to landing.
In addition to that, Rokkan also developed the online community of Virgin America travelers through the airline’s points-based loyalty program.
Now that the two companies have sealed the deal with agency-of-record status, fliers can expect an exponentially greater experience, both in the air and online.
