German fashion house Escada has hired 17-year-old upcoming fashion model Adam Bertrand to be the face of its fragrance and mens brand from Spring 2009 to Spring 2010.
Bertrand has previously modeled for Gap, Guess Jeans, Armani Exchange, and Creative Reaction, among others, and has also been featured in Italian Vogue, Elle Japan, and various American tabloids as a result of his connections to celebrities that include the Hilton sisters, Kim Kardashian, and Lindsay Lohan.
James Heekin, Head of Marketing at Escada, says that the company has put a lot of effort into signing the American teenager, who is reportedly being paid over US$1 million to do the campaign.
The rising fashion model will be featured in advertising for Escada throughout Europe and North America.
