Seoul city announced the winners of "Seoul Public Design 2008 Awards".
These included four bench designs, one fence, a trash bin, one soundproofing wall and three streetlights.
It screened 276 applications, based on functionality, economic efficiency, sustainability, eco-friendliness, creativity and aesthetics.
