Crocs Inc has appointed Stephen Cannon to its board of directors.
Cannon is chairman of Constantine Cannon LLP, with offices in New York and Washington D.C. He served as Senior Vice President, general counsel and secretary of Circuit City Stores, Inc., a Fortune 200 retailer of consumer electronics from 1994 to 2005.
Prior to Circuit City, Cannon was a partner in the Washington, D.C. firm of Wunder, Diefenderfer, Ryan, Cannon & Thelen, where he concentrated his practice in antitrust, trade regulation and administrative law involving litigation and regulatory matters as well as legislative advocacy.
Cannon spent ten years in various government positions, including service at the U.S. Justice Department and the Senate Judiciary Committee. Additionally, Cannon served on the Antitrust Modernization Commission, appointed by the Senate majority leader
Cannon also serves on the board of directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce National Litigation Center.
