Kodak has announced its presentation of the 2009 Streamy Awards, celebrating outstanding achievements in Web television. This first-of-its-kind award show will honor those active participants in developing and producing original Web television content for broadband distribution.
“At Kodak, we’re all about relationships. We bring people together through images and are ecstatic to honor those who have come together to create this cutting-edge event,” said Kodak Chief Marketing Officer and VP, Jeffrey Hayzlett.
Kodak will present the award for Best Ensemble Cast during the show and Kodak’s Zi6 consumer HD pocket video camera has been named the ‘Official Pocket Video Camera of the Streamy Awards.’
Kodak has engaged all of its web properties and will be bringing news, updates, information and even prizes to the masses through Facebook, Twitter and several of Kodak’s blogs.
