Tumri, the provider of dynamic and intelligent display advertising solutions, has appointed Jeff McCombs Chief Financial Officer. He joins after serving as SVP Business Operations at Yahoo! Inc.
As CFO, McCombs will manage all financial activities, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, investor relations and corporate development. He is also responsible for overseeing business development, human resources and legal.
While he was at Yahoo!, McCombs helped drive business strategy and product prioritization, manage operations and improve the company's overall performance. Prior to that, he served as Chief of Staff to Yahoo!'s President, Sue Decker.
Before joining Yahoo!, McCombs spent over a decade in investment banking, corporate development and private equity with such firms as Credit Suisse First Boston, Lehman Brothers and Shamrock Capital, Roy Disney's private equity firm.
