OgilvyOne New York announces significant new creative leadership with the hire of Mat Zucker to the post of Executive Creative Director, OgilvyOne.
Mat is rejoining OgilvyOne after leaving in 2005 to work for R/GA as Executive Creative Director (ECD) and, more recently, Agency.com where he was VP, ECD of its New York office for the past two years.
During his first stint at OgilvyOne, he rose through the creative ranks to become group creative director and led the Enfamil and Cisco Systems business. As ECD at R/GA, Mat led creative on Subaru of America and Johnson & Johnson. He has worked at several other agencies previously and got his start in advertising as a copywriter at FCB/Leber Katz Partners.
At Agency.com, Mat helped lead a turnaround at the New York office and the agency. His creative contributions led to growth of the agency's business with such clients as CIT and Mars, and he was instrumental in bringing in new business from SPX Corp, LG Electronics, Jackson Hewitt and others.
