IndoorDirect, a digital out-of-home media company which has built a digital TV network for quick-service and fast-casual restaurant chains across the nation, has hired Steven Justman as President of Entertainment, Marketing & Sales.
Justman is a senior media and marketing executive with a proven track record of growing businesses across the sports, entertainment and marketing/media industries.
In this new capacity, Justman will oversee and manage marketing and advertising partnerships, content relationships and marketing strategy for the Dallas-based company which produces theBITE Network, programming that serves up entertainment, sports, news and lifestyle content from CBS, MTV, MLB Network, NFL Network and many other renowned sources. TheBITE Network is distributed to more than 1,000 locations nationwide with plans to roll out to 5,000 locations within two years.

Justman was previously EVP and general manager of Cornerstone, a leading independent, full-service lifestyle marketing agency with specialized expertise in building integrated communications strategies focused on reaching the youth/young adult demographic, and sister media company Fader Media. During his time at Cornerstone/FADER, the company experienced two consecutive years of record revenues driven by key account wins and increased support from existing clients.
Before Cornerstone Justman served in a newly created position with NBA Entertainment, responsible for managing, monetizing and expanding the NBA's global media assets and content relationships. While there, he originated, structured and managed relationships with NBA media and distribution partners with primary focus on revenue growth, the creation of new consumer touch points, including industry-first content partnerships with Verizon Wireless, TiVo and Sony Computer Entertainment. He also directed all business development, asset creation and marketing partner activities for NBA/WNBA/USA Basketball global media properties.
Prior to NBA Entertainment, Justman was VP Corporate Consulting at International Management Group (IMG), the world's largest and most diverse sports, entertainment and media company, where he was responsible for advising 35 Fortune 500 corporations on the creation and management of global and/or regional sports and entertainment marketing programs designed to measurably affect clients' business and brand objectives.
Justman started his career by working his way up the corporate ladder at Turner Sports (TBS/TNT), a division of Time Warner, where he was named the youngest VP in the history of the company at the time.
