Hitchcock Fleming & Associates Inc. (hfa), an Akron, Ohio-based full-service marketing communications firm, has been honored with six Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards.
The annual Web Marketing Association's IAC Awards were developed to recognize excellence in online advertising. Entries are judged based on creativity, innovation, impact, design, copywriting and the use of the medium.
hfa received the following awards:
"hfa generates creative ideas that benefit our clients, and employs programs that keep us at the forefront of e-marketing techniques and execution," said Jack DeLeo, hfa's president and CEO.
"E-marketing is rapidly evolving, and new opportunities present themselves daily. At hfa, we continuously search out and take full advantage of these opportunities."
The Internet Advertising Competition (IAC) Awards are produced by the Web Marketing Association to honor excellence in online advertising, recognize the individuals and organizations responsible, and showcase the award winning Internet advertising.
This is one of the only competitions to recognize only online categories of advertising.
The Web Marketing Association (WMA) was founded in Boston in 1997 to help set a high standard for Internet marketing and corporate web development on the World Wide Web.
Staffed by volunteers, this organization is made up of Internet marketing, advertising, public relations and design professionals who share an interest for improving the quality of advertising, marketing and promotion used to attract visitors to corporate websites.
