Renderosity this month launched its 5th Graphic Logo Design Contest to invite members to create a fresh, crisp look for the website.
Since 2001, this contest has been conducted every two years to give Renderosity a new, artistic look.
More importantly, it gives the Renderosity membership a chance to make their imprint in the digital art community by contributing to the design of the site's graphics.
"This is a great opportunity for an artist to make their own unique impact on the community as a whole", said Stacey Granstaff, Community Manager of Renderosity.
"We welcome the contributions of our vast membership, and there is an intrinsic value to opening up the design process to our artists."
Entries will be subject to an initial round of voting within the community; the top 25 entries will then move on to a final round of voting with the Renderosity Administrators.
The winner will receive $500 USD and a great piece to include in their portfolio. Submissions will be accepted until Friday, June 5th 2009.
