Zografia, a leading design firm in Nashville, received the ‘Best of Identity’ CASE award from the Nashville chapter of AIGA, the professional association of design. The CASE awards recognize leaders in graphic design and celebrate the relationship between businesses and designers - emphasizing how art, concept and technology enable businesses to successfully communicate to their targeted audiences.
Zografia earned the Best of Identity Award for its work on the Uncle Classic Barbershop, a full-service barbershop whose concept is to bridge the gap between a high-end salon geared predominately toward women and a quick walk-in haircutting service.
"We are proud to have been recognized by the AIGA judges not just for the quality of presentation, but also for the effectiveness of the content," said Lou Everhart, creative director for Zografia.
"Honors such as these support the work that we do in helping companies grow through the use of art and design."
AIGA received 350 entries for its inaugural CASE awards competition, and 125 awards were given for Web, motion, print, identity, illustration and photography.
