Goodby, Silverstein & Partners Named Interactive Agency Of The Year

Goodby, Silverstein & Partners (GS&P) was named Interactive Agency of the Year by the 56th Cannes International Advertising Festival, winning more Cyber Lions at this year's show than any other agency. GS&P also took home three Lions in the prestigious Titanium & Integrated category.

"We are very proud of the achievements of the entire agency," said Rich Silverstein, GS&P Co-Chairman.

"These honors recognize our ability to remain vital in a constantly evolving industry and our ideals of Art Serving Capitalism."

The agency won eight interactive honors for its digital work, including Gold Lions for Doritos' 'Hotel 626' and Nintendo's 'Wario Land: Shake It!,' four Silver Lions and one Bronze Lion for Sprint's 'NOW,' and one Bronze Lion for GE's 'Plug Into The Smart Grid.'

"Our agency is thrilled to be a member of the exclusive group of agencies that have been Interactive Agency of the Year award winners, and we are truly honored to be recognized for doing what we love," said Mike Geiger, GS&P Chief Digital Officer.

In addition to its great success in the Interactive category, GS&P was awarded a coveted Gold Lion for Sprint's 'NOW' Network in the Titanium & Integrated category, a category recognizing excellence in multiplatform advertising. The agency also received a Silver Lion for Haagen-Dazs' 'Haagen-Dazs Loves Honeybees,' and a Bronze Lion for Hyundai 'Assurance' in the same category.
