The agency has grown more than 300% over the past five years, to over $700 million in billings and 300 employees in the New York operation. As CEO, Senecal will take over day-to-day leadership of the agency and become a member of the board of directors.
Senecal comes to kirshenbaum bond senecal + partners from McCann Erickson where she was President of the flagship New York office. Prior to earning that post, she pioneered new approaches and practices at McCann Worldgroup, holding top leadership positions in the areas of strategic planning, innovation and account leadership. Her previous titles include Global Chief Innovation Officer and Global Director of Content Integration for McCann Worldgroup.
In 2003, Senecal conceived of and launched TAG Ideation, a young-adult marketing specialist unit. Lori brings extensive multinational account expertise and a thorough knowledge of data analytics, having held posts such as Worldwide account director for Coca-Cola, and has worked with such notable brands as Sprint, Xbox, Molson, Nestle, Nabisco, InBev, Weight Watcher's, Staples, Applebee's, and others.
