Nabbing the third time win for Women’s Swim Brand of the Year, L*Space was chosen as THE winner out of a pool of the surf industries most recognized brands for having the most exciting designs, brand appeal, and significant business growth. L*Space Swimwear Founder and Creative Director Monica Wise and Sales and Marketing assistant Joni Parmer accepted the brand’s win.
“I am so thrilled to be honored with this award for the third year in a row,” said L*Space Founder and Creative Director Monica Wise.
“It’s exciting to be in an industry where my peers are constantly challenging me to create exciting and innovate product every season.”
But it didn’t stop there. L*Space was also nominated for the first time and took home the win for Women’s Marketing Campaign of the Year for their campaign that simply asked: “What’s Your L?” Proving to have many legs within the industry and beyond, and with constant branding through media blasts, grass-roots events, and stellar retailer relations, L*Space was victorious proving that the simplest campaign can be the most memorable and effective.
“It’s unbelievable.” Wise said, still a bit stunned from the win.
